1979 Ford F350 4×4 Drag Racing
An F350 isn’t an uncommon site at the drag strip. But for most truck the work ends once they park the trailer and the race car gets unloaded. Not the case for this beautiful 1979 Ford F350 4×4. The work begins for this dent side as it stages up in the lanes.
At Street Car Takeover in Charlotte NC this truck was running the in the truck class against diesel trucks and even Cleetus Mcfarland’s El Comino. The crowd cheered seeing the truck deliver a low six second pass leaving the far lane behind him. I was not able to meet up with the owner but I did find him on YouTube. It looks like the truck is brought out to the strip on a regular basis!
